We had the first estimates for Election Results in Surrey - they are based on interviews with people around Surrey who already voted and from our small poll (103 surrey residents).
Number of Councillors after elections 2009:
- Conservatives 45
- RA 19
- Lib Dem 16
- Labour 0

Someone is having laugh here 45 seats for Conservatives? You mean 60. 103 is not a legitimate number is it?
