Hi all,

I'm looking at getting a place in Surrey next month and have found some nice new builds in my price range, I just wondered if anyone had any tips on best places to live to stay away from high crime areas and also where there are some good gyms. I don't drive at the moment so I need everything to be in cycling distance really.
