Greenbelt in surrey at risk again by jobs worths!! - Posted By chezza1974 (chezza1974) on 11th May 09 at 2:41pm
Gutted to read again that Surrey greenbelt is once again at risk from housing plans.

Reigate and Banstead are the biggest areas followed by guildford and woking according to
getsurrey.co.uk

some jobsworth is trying to ruin  more countryside!

i know its a pull into surrey but not all the homes in the local area are being sold especially when percentages of the housingis affordable. i'm not being classist but would you buy a 600k home when the 15 houses at the front are affordable/council type properties?

What do you guys think?  i've lived in some dodgy areas in my time and the neighbourhood can make or break your sanity!!

There are some estates where you make a point of winding up your windows before driving through -lol- especially with all this knife crime!

Though i think every estate you will get a mix of the good and the bad!
