MUSIC CONCERT EVENT IN GUILDFORD IN FEBRUARY

Guildford Philharmonic's special family concert. The irrepressible Alasdair Malloy is back once more for this fantastic family concert. This time he transforms into the Mad Hatter and the audience is invited to dress as characters from Alice in Wonderland. Through the music you will meet Alice, encounter the Cheshire Cat as well as hearing plenty of mad, mad music including the Mad Hatter’s Maddest Musical Moment! There’s music by Tchaikovsky, Debussy, Strauss and Mozart, as well as arrangements of Tea for Two, the Cuckoo Polka and the Lobster Quadrille with lots of audience participation including Lots of Looney Limericks as the audience is invited to write their own - the best ones will be read out with musical accompaniment from the orchestra.
