Our Weybridge Lettings office is seeking a new Lettings Negotiator to join the team. John D Wood & Co. Weybridge operates from a prominent location in Surrey, providing full coverage to areas of Weybridge and Cobham.
The Lettings Negotiator will work with tenants and landlords in a positive and effective manner whilst ensuring your personal targets are achieved. You will carry out viewings, book market appraisals, provide follow up calls, enjoy not being desk bound in a fast paced role and thrive in a target driven environment.

Required Skills for a Lettings Negotiator;
At least 2 years experience in the Lettings industry; ideally within property management (ideally within the Surrey Market) Full UK Driving Licence Proven experience of exceeding targets, meeting deadlines and working in a competitive environment Strong business acumen with the ability to bring on new instructions and progress leads Excellent communication and customer service skills About John D Wood & Co.
