Should Pensioners Retake their Driving Tests?

Should Pensioners Retake their Driving Tests?
I'm sure a 70 year old who looks after themselves is just as safe as the next driver, but when you see a wobbly 95 year old clamber into their '80s hatchback, barely able to see over their steering wheel, it makes you think something should be done.

Much more money needs to be put into helping old people get around with assistance, so they don't have to take matters into their hands.
