An Open Day is being staged at Mayford Grange to give local people and those who want to find out more about the lifestyle on offer the opportunity to take a look.
The new show home at the village will also be available for viewing during the event on Saturday, 17th April between 11am and 3pm.
The lifestyle care village on the fringes of Mayford, bordering Sutton Green Golf Club, has welcomed its first residents and is starting to come to life.
Residents are getting to know each other and finding shared interests which is sparking off ideas for groups and activities, said Village Manager Nicola Sellar.
There are a range of two bedroom apartments for sale at the village each ready to move into with fully integrated kitchens, contemporary bathrooms designed with comfort and ease of use in mind and thoughtful design features such as wide doorways and raised sockets. A single one bedroom apartment remains for sale at the village which also boasts communal facilities including a restaurant and bar, library and garden room, hair salon and outdoor terrace.
Prices range from £325,000 to £470,000 with the one bedroom apartment for sale at £225,000.
