10 mile walk along Thames Down Link, London Loop and Hogsmill River | | As isolated bits are never far from built up areas this is another walk ideal for winter (although bits got a bit muddy, so take your walking boots).
I got the 406 bus from Kingston to Epsom, there is also a 418 bus you can get. Only 15 minutes walk gets you to Epsom Common, which is a wooded area on the one side of railway line and more open country on the over side.
Follow the Thames Down Link through the common and up to the Hogsmill River which runs all the way to Kingston.
