I had coaching last year myself on losing weight for my wedding and lost 1 1/2 stone! I was the lightest I think I've ever been since being an adult, and only 1/2 lb over my target weight on my wedding day. Obviously, I changed my eating habits, and used 'a diet' of sorts, but having yo-yo dieted for years, I really think I've mastered it, and come to terms with how I feel about food, my weight and what I look like.
