An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager or aspiring Senior Sales Negotiator to join Hamptons International Weybridge office – our established sales office offers an exclusive property portfolio with an opportunity to expand our business further.

As an experienced and results driven manager you will enjoy an uncapped OTE – unbranded company car – Pension – 25 days annual leave – Respectable working day 08.45 to 18.00. Excellent bi-annual company parties in prestigious locations to reward our staff.
As a Sales Manager at Hamptons International, your role will involve: •Day to day running and development of the team. •Ensuring the team is equipped to manage the sales workload. •Working with the Director in the development of the business plan. •Management of the department budget. •Managing the Profit & Loss of the office. •Development and enhancement of the brand. •Maintaining strong business relationships within Hamptons. •Identifying areas of growth and developing
•At least 3-5 years’ experience in Residential Agency. •Excellent communications skills. •The ability to develop and motivate those around you. •Excellent customer service skills. •The ability to manage a profit centre and work strategically. •A full and clean UK Drivers Licence.
