Meditation and Visualisation Workshops - 6 Week Personal Journey | | Meditation is a practice that brings balance into our lives on a physical, mental and emotional level.
Come and join us on a six-week journey of discovery that will allow you to truly give time to yourself in a safe and supported environment.
On this six-week journey, you will have the opportunity to learn some meditation and relaxation techniques and you will be guided through some wonderful meditations, that at the very least will bring about a feeling of calm and balance on an emotional, physical and mental level. You may also find that this sex-week journey opens new doors and possibilities, bringing a greater understanding of your heart's desires.
These sessions will be led by Nikki King, an accredited Coach and Energy Healer. Each session will include relaxation techniques, a Guided Meditation and time to talk through and explore your experiences.
