Rescue Remedies is an internet-based dog rescue run solely by volunteers. We rehome dogs predominantly within the South East of England. We also place dogs further afield when the home is right and adopters are willing to travel. Our Rescue specialises in finding homes for terriers and bull breeds, however, we never turn away a dog due to its breed. Rescue Remedies also operates several sister rescues: Staffie Rescue; Terrier Rescue; Patterdale Terrier Rescue; and American Bulldog Rescue. We run a website for each sister rescue, as well as a free, live forum. Please visit our websites to view our dogs waiting for their forever homes. Rescue Remedies does not own its own premises; we use volunteer foster homes to care for our dogs wherever possible. We also hire boarding kennels in Surrey, West Sussex, and the greater London area. Our Rescue rehomes approximately 350 dogs a year. We have a strict neuter/spay and micro-chip policy. We also vaccinate, flea and worm treat our dogs, and conduct a home check prior to adoption. Families interested in rehoming our dogs are required to complete our online homing questionnaire. We match adopters with a dog that suits their circumstances. PLEASE NOTE: Our mission is to find every dog in our care its forever home. Our Rescue requires a minimum £175 donation for each dog at the time of adoption.
