Surrey Council On Street Parking Proposals (28th Feb 11 at 11:06am UTC)
What does everyone think of the new parking charges Surrey Council is planning to enforce? I have no idea how they'll manage to approve it, even some district and borough councils are against the proposal and have urged their residents to protest!
