Communication quickly and great idea.
Take a quick gander at a useful application that could be used well in conjunction with this site its called www.Twitter.com.
A good example is for quick access to mobile devices such as mobiles etc.

So why not create a group called after your home town or one for your favourite club and keep people informed.

For example I have created a temp one called Woking.

I am interested in purchasing property and I end up recenty with Twitter. I must say I found it very usefull i was suprised to find few Surrey based businesses there http://twitter.com/propertyexperts
