I know how busy Guildford can get, especially on a bank holiday. Any suggestions?

They have free parking at Stoke Park, where the show is actually being held. As you mentioned though, sadly it's not that easy to get into Guildford during the show.. besides, the Stoke Park parking is quite limited and usually full by 10:30. There will be some other car parks dotted around that you can use, most of which will be designated car parks for the show, so they shouldn't be too hard to find. It depends how far your coming, and where from, but there is also a very nice park and ride service that will be running from Surrey University. I've heard about another park and ride from Guildford Business Park too but I'm not sure about this one. Finding the show itself is relatively easy, there will be signs posted all over the place so just follow the main road signs to get into Guildford town centre, and then follow Surrey County Show signs from there.
