The weekend will feature almost 144 classic and vintage cars taking part in driving tests and a concours delegance over the two days (The Double Twelve Driving Concours), with almost 90 pre-war cars taking part in a speed sprint on the adjoining Mercedes-Benz World circuit (The Double Twelve Sprint) on the Saturday. On Sunday, The Test Hill Challenge will take place in the early afternoon - the steep Test Hill will be tackled by everything from a gaggle of Sinclair C5s to giant pre-war racing cars, and to ensure that theres fun for all the family, there will be running races up the 352ft (107m) concrete slope for children. And the action wont just be uphill more capable pre-war vehicles will be heading down the hill in a test of their brakes.
