How about Mountain Boarding? If you're not sure what mountain boarding is have a look here.
This summer Ride the Hill are providing something different with the ability to go mountain boarding and "Dirt scootering" in Nutfield, Redhill. Of course, the tracks will be outside so you can enjoy the weather (fingers crossed). But to make sure you get the full experience they also have their own ski lift to take you back to where you started off rather than a long walk.
