| Painshill Park (14th Aug 14 at 1:30pm UTC) | | One of our favourite school trip destinations this year is to Painshill Park.
The park features a beautiful 18th century landscape garden, with over 150 acres. Pains hill hosts educational school trips for Early Years, Key Stage1, Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, SEN (Special Education Needs) and Further education. All with different activities suited to each group.
At each stage here's some of the activities you can expect:
Early Years - Nature Discoveries, Storytelling and Outdoor arts and crafts.
Key Stage 1 - Become Historical Detectives, Team Challenge and Minibeast Safari.
Key Stage 2 - Geography challenges, Forces and Motions experiments and Art adventures using natural materials.
Key Stage 3 - Orienteering, Habitat and Ecosystem surveys and Designing an environmentally friendly building for Painshill, from initial brief to model presentation.
SEN - Pond Dipping, Bug Hunting and the Sensory Explorers team activities.
Further Education - With a diverse landscape of plants and animals Painshill is a good learning environment for students studying Film, Art or Photography.
