Coady Green began piano studies in South Australia. After winning a significant number of awards in his early youth, he studied at the University of Melbourne. In 2005 Coady Green was awarded almost all the most prestigious cultural awards Australia has to offer. These included first prize in the City of Sydney National Piano Competition, a Winston Churchill Fellowship Award and a British Council Award. Since 2006 Coady Green has been based in London, regularly performing in Europe and abroad. He is also active as a chamber musician, and was recently awarded the 2008 Geoffrey Parsons Trust Award.
