Hi, if anyones in the area, i've heard of a couple of local displays in Camberley over the weekend.
The Grove School on Chobham Road, Frimley is doing a display at 7:15 It opens about an hour before if you want to come along early and tickets are £4 for adults / £3 for children (pre-school kids go free). And literally just down the road Ravenscote School on Old Bisley Road start their display at 7, also open about an hour before if you want to arrive before they start the display. Under 5's and pensioners go for free and tickets on the door are £5 but if you buy in advance it'll only cost you £3.50 {Smile}

Did you find one in the end? Is it just me, or did last night seem a little quiet {Sad} the only show which I heard about near Guildford last night was Stoke Park. I'm going to Woking tomorrow though, I guess that isn't too far from Guildford if you're still looking for somewhere to go this weekend

yeah lol, i think you're right. not much going on last night, i think the weekend is when all the action happens. im going to hook arena this year with a few friends, we might just stand outside and watch rather than paying to go in. {Tongue Out} i went there 2 years ago and it was amazing, apparently this year is meant to be even bigger and better. they usually do 4 big ones at the end of the display and i have to say they must be the biggest, loudest fireworks in existence! you could actually feel the shock wave from these things when exploded! absolutely awesome. {Grin}

By the way, i found a few local displays happening TONIGHT (Friday 6th Nov) if anyones interested...

- Kingsmeadow function & conference centre in New Malden, tonight from 6:30pm.

- Addington Road, Sanderstead in South Croydon from 6pm at the Selsdon Park Hotel, also tonight.

- Kingstonian Stadium in Kingston Road tonight from 6:30pm, fireworks start at 8pm, £6 for adults, £4 for under 11's and under 5's go free.

- Southgate Playing Fields, Southgate, Crawley - tonight from 5:30pm, fireworks at 7:30pm, £4 entry, under 5's go free.

- Horley Cricket Club, Horley Row in Horley opens its gates at 6pm, bonfire lit at 7pm, fireworks at 7:30pm, £5 entry, £10 for families.
