A round up of walks in Surrey from the surrey-online.co.uk walking forum.

Here is a list of the walks submitted during 2009 to our Forum for hikers, ramblers and walkers in Surrey:

1: Ranmore Common Walk
Loop walk around Doking, Surrey.

2: Leith Hill
Large loop around countryside and woods of Abinger Common, Coldharbour and Leith Hill.

3: Guildford Loop Walk
18 mile loop walk starting and ending at Guildford, taking in St Martha Church, Blackheath, Farley Green, Shamley Green, Bramley and Shalford.

4: Farnham Walk
12 mile loop from Farnham, taking in parts of the River Wey, North Downs Way and Crooksbury Hill viewpoint.

5: Godalming and Hydon's Ball Walk.
16 mile loop from Godalming over Hydon's Ball.

6: River Wey Short Walk:
A 7 mile Ramble starting at Woking BR Station - joining and following the River Wey Navigation to Pyrford Lock then to West Byfleet BR Staion.

7: Reigate and Redhill:
3 walks for Reigate & Rehill, Surrey.

8: Caterham:
Short 5-6 miles walk within easy reach of Croydon.

9: Ascot to Windsor Walk:
Easy 9 mile walk from Ascot BR Station to Windsor BR Station, partly through Windsor Great Park. Easy walking on road pavement and well maintained footpaths.

10: Sunningdale to Virginia Water walk.
Walk from Sunningdale BR Station to Virgina Water BR Station via Sunningdale Golf course, Long Down, Longcross, Chertsey Common.

11: Guidford to Dorking:
A 15 mile walk from Guildford BR station to Dorking BR station following the North Downs Way.

12: Denbies Vineyard (Dorking) to Coldhabour (Leith Hill).
Walk between two great views in Surrey.
